We want you to love your Consilio pieces! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit, in accordance with Australian consumer law.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and neatly folded in their original packaging.
  • Holiday Period: Orders placed between November 20th and December 24th qualify for an extended 14-day exchange window.

Process

  1. Email D'Arcy@consilioclub.com with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Once we provide a return label, you must send us the tracking details within 2 days.

Costs

  • Australia: Free exchanges.
  • International: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Return Policy

Sale & Promotional Purchases

  • Flash Sale & Promotional Discounts: Full-priced items purchased at a discount during a flash sale or promotional event can only be returned for store credit.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items are final purchases and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or credited.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect, or not as advertised, please:

  1. Contact us at D'Arcy@consilioclub.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

Resolution

  • Consilio Club will assess whether the issue is a genuine manufacturing fault.
  • If confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
